Raye Evrard is a research scientist with a focus on marine and environmental policy. She provides analyses of existing programs and policies to support the National Estuary Program (NEP) recovery plans and strategies. She has experience in analyzing and synthesizing past NEP investments and completing critical analyses on stormwater utility fees. Her scientific interests include shellfish, aquaculture, stormwater regulation, and land management.
Raye obtained an MMA from the School of Marine and Environmental Affairs at the University of Washington in 2017 and graduated with a B.S. in Environmental Studies from the University of Michigan in 2013. In her spare time you can find Raye hiking and kayaking with her husband around Washington or cuddling with her cat, Minerva.
