Salish Sea Ecosystem Conference abstract deadline extended

The 2014 Salish Sea Ecosystem Conference call for abstracts for presentations and posters has been extended to December 23rd.

Presenters can contribute to a wide range of special and general sessions, including one co-hosted by the Puget Sound Institute’s Encyclopedia of Puget Sound. That session is titled “Emerging tools for synthesizing and communicating ecosystem information” and will look at strategies for improving information flow among scientists, stakeholders and policymakers in the Salish Sea region.

The conference will be held April 30 – May 2, 2014 at the Seattle Convention Center.
